CLASS AWARENESSES

 

Food: It is recommended that students refrain from eating a meal for two hours before a physical yoga class.

 

Injuries: It is the student’s duty to discuss with the instructor any preexisting conditions that may be affected by the kinds of postures performed in yoga class.

 

Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing

 

Makeups:Missed classes may be made up in the current session. Any makeups delayed to later terms are only allowed if the student is registered for a class that term.

 

Refunds: Refunds are not given after the term begins.

 

Class Minimums:The instructor will run classes with enrollment of five students or more. Smaller classes will be combined or cancelled.
